The primary goal of this project is to analyze, design, and evaluate an Intervention Programme within the context of Higher Education. The programme focuses on fostering resilience-related constructs such as coping, self-concept, self-esteem, and leadership, among others. It is based on competencies in areas such as health (including corporal expression, inner gymnastics, mindfulness, yoga, physical education, and sports), the digital and communication realms, the performing and visual arts, and culture—each of which contributes to the development of resilient behavior patterns and is considered a key element in building resilience. Furthermore, the project aims to ensure that the programme can be adapted to various stages of training for both teachers and students, viewing resilience as a crucial skill that will help them navigate the challenges they will face throughout their lives. This aligns with the current educational urgency to emphasize the importance of resilience in learning environments.
