The first Learning/Teaching/Training activity took place in Granada from June 1 to 3, 2022 . The primary goal of the event was to contextualize the map of European resilience within the current realities of the pandemic, virtual environments, and our organizational processes. Participants explored current trends in resilience, work and discussed strategies for implementing RESUPERES across different partner countries. To achieve this, a series of workshops and seminars on trends in resilience, were conducted by professional experts in the field, as described below:
The first Pilot Study, organized by the University of Granada, was conducted from February 27th to March 3rd, 2023, in the field of Health and Physical Activity. Its objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of activities aimed at enhancing resilience among university students and academic staff. The main items of the agenda are as follow:
The University of Algarve team planned this activity for the week from 13th to 17th March 2023. The Pilot Study in Portugal focused on artistic and cultural heritage, featuring a series of activities designed to help students build resilience against the adversities they face on a daily basis. The theme of the program was “Resilience, Emotion and Communication”, and the main items of the agenda as follow:
Project team members from University of Belgrade organized the C2.3. LTT activity that was held in Belgrade from 24th to 28th April, 2023. Crucial activities of main agenda are presented below:
Team members from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences organized the C2.4 LTT activity, titled “Project Your Avatar!”, which took place in Bergen from April 22nd to 26th, 2023.The key activities of the main agenda are outlined below:
The last RESUPERES Pilot Study was organised by Suor Orsola Benincasa University and took place in Naples, from November 27 to December 1st, 2023. The RESUPERES Pilot Study Italy, titled "Describe Yourself, Project Yourself!", was developed through activities on narrative and autobiographical methodologies, as well as educational approaches, with the aim of developing resilience constructs, in particular relation and connection with cultural heritage (tangible and intangible), historical, artistic, natural, and landscape. Through lectures and workshop activities, the autobiographical approach was experimented in two specific directions:
1) In a general and specifically educational and formative sense through both theoretical lectures and practical activities that enabled the implementation of autobiographical and narrative paths and strategies.
2) In relation to cultural heritage, understood as a tangible and intangible asset and through a wide range of possible meanings relating to the concept of culture and heritage: as historical-social, artistic, museum, natural and landscape heritage.

The LTT activity C3.1 Implementation of the Subject RESUPERES, Spain, consisted of various activities, workshops and intervention programs that took place
from 24 to 26 January, 2024, at the University of Granada (Spain). All of them were aimed at the preparation, learning and implementation of
the RESUPERES Subject, for the development of resilient competences in the context of Higher Education.

The Portuguese team prepared the LTT Activity with great commitment - C3.2 Portugal: implementación de la Resuperes Subject, Portugal - Teaching-learning of theoretical and practical content to develop resilience skills, based on the areas of emotion and communication (music, art and photography), having developed the academic activities of the various workshops planned in the program for the 28th, 29th and 1st of March 2024 , and which are reported in the following points:
The LTT activity C3.3 implementación de la Resuperes Subject, Italy, included a variety of activities, workshops, and intervention programs held from
March 1 to 3, 2024,
at Suor Orsola Benincasa University in Naples. These initiatives were focused on preparing,
teaching, and implementing the pilot phase of the RESUPERES Subject, aimed at developing resilient competencies within the context of Higher Education.

The activity C3.4 Implementation of the Resuperes subject, Serbia- "Teaching-learning of theoretical and practical content to develop resilience skills, was held at
the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Sport and Physical Education and hosted guests from project partner institutions from Spain,
Italy and Portugal.
The training activity lasted 3 days, and the main aim was to explore the fesability of implementing physical and health-related activities in higher education
settings, to develop resilience constructs such as, self-confidence, self-esteem, group cohesion, decision-making etc.
The program focused primarly on practical sessions including breathing exercises, strength and conditioning workouts, joint mobility activities, traditional and
modern games, and outdoor group exercises. Walking, as a fundamental form of physical activity, was integrated with exploring cultural heritage sites.
The significance of these activities was reinforced through theoretical workshops addressing physical activity and wellbeing, mindfulness tools, and strategies
for overcoming anxiety.
The LTT activity C3.5 Implementation of the Resuperes Subject, Norway, consisted of various activities, workshops and intervention programs that took place from 3 to 5 January, 2024, at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciencies of Bergen . All of them were aimed at the preparation, learning and implementation of the RESUPERES Subject, for the development of resilient competences in the context of Higher Education. Key activities of the main agenda are outlined below:
