RESUPERES started as an Erasmus+ project, with the main objective to develop a programme to disseminate good practices to university teachers and students through the creation of new audiovisual tools to enable formal online education in Resilience.
Living in culturally diverse contexts can pose serious challenges for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and requires particular skills, knowledge and attitudes to cope with diversity. RESUPERES responds to this growing diversity and aims to create a Subject that helps students of any degree to develop resilience skills and competences, such as self-concept, self-esteem, teamwork, leadership, etc., that will accompany them in all stages of their lives, in order to take advantage of the benefits and face the challenges they face in everyday life.
The RESUPERES project resources have been designed to respond to the current need to train teachers and students in Resilience. Our vision is to provide such training in the classroom, together with the creation of new audiovisual tools that enable formal online education in Resilience (Website -Interactive Platform, App, Toolkit, multimedia products) through a RESUPERES Pilot Study. However, one of the most ambitious results is the creation and implementation of a RESUPERES Subject, which develops resilience in the university context, within the different university degrees.
